Plans

When the two Church of Scotland churches in Camelon formed a union to form Camelon Parish Church a commitment was made to build a new worship centre.Since the union in December 2003 a lot of work and thought has gone into the project. It was decided to incorporate part of the fabric of the old St John's building in Glasgow Road into the new structure. An architect has been appointed, AHA Architects Ltd, and they have produced concept drawings that are currently been used in pursuit of the necessary permissions. Clearly, the provision of the new centre, which will be a focus for spiritual and social activities within the parish is a big commitment for the congregation and will need a great deal of money to see it through to completion. Anyone interested in hearing more about the project can email their expressions of interest to the Webmaster.

If you would like to see the recently completed feasibility study it is available at the church office. Please telephone 01324 870011 to make the necessary arrangements.
